How do real estate teams send contracts for electronic signature?
With BoldSign, an agent uploads a purchase agreement, listing agreement, or lease, adds each party, and sends it. Clients sign on their own phone, so a deal stops waiting on a printer.
Works in: the BoldSign web app in any browser, the iOS and Android apps, and the BoldSign API.
How do you get one contract signed by buyers, sellers, and agents in order?
BoldSign sends the contract to each party in the order you set, so the seller countersigns only after the buyers sign.
