What can you search by in AI Search?
AI Search reads people, status, dates, and tags from a single request. It covers both documents and templates.
- Documents: title, document ID, status, signer, sender, team ID, tags, and dates.
- Templates: name, tags, team, and dates.
- Dates: relative ones such as last week or this month, or exact dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
- Exclusions: leave items out with phrases such as not tagged finance or without attachments.
