Send contracts for signature from HubSpot
BoldSign lets your team send, track, and store contracts inside HubSpot. No switching tools, no retyping deal details.
- Listed on the HubSpot App Marketplace
- Remind or revoke from the record
What keeping eSignature separate from HubSpot costs your sales team
When the contract step runs in a separate tool, the same problems show up in sales teams.
Deal details get typed twice
Copied names and amounts turn into contract errors.
The rep leaves the record to send
The contract goes out from another tool, and the deal waits.
No view of where the contract stands
Nobody can tell whether the customer opened it.
Signed copies go missing
At renewal or audit time, the signed PDF is hard to find.
How an eSignature integration with HubSpot helps
The BoldSign HubSpot integration keeps the contract step on the record. The data, the status, and the signed copy stay where the deal is.
Details come from the record, not from retyping
Match each template field to a HubSpot property once, for each signer role. Name, email, phone, job title, and company then fill on every send.

How do you set up eSignature in HubSpot?
BoldSign connects to HubSpot in three steps, with no code.
- 1
An admin connects the two accounts
A HubSpot Super Admin links the two accounts, using the same email on both. The BoldSign card is then turned on for Contacts, Companies, and Deals.
- 2
The team builds templates and maps properties
Templates are created and listed in BoldSign inside HubSpot. Each template field is matched to a Contact, Company, or Deal property for a signer role.
- 3
Each user links their own account
From the BoldSign card on any record, a user signs in once. After that they send, create templates, and view status there.
| Title | Roles | Created on |
|---|---|---|
| NDA Template | client, sales | Oct 12, 2026 |
| Sales Contract Form | client | Oct 12, 2026 |
| Order Form | client | Oct 9, 2026 |
| Master Services Agreement | client, sales | Oct 6, 2026 |
Can you track signing status inside HubSpot?
Yes. Choose View Documents in the BoldSign card, and the document list opens on that record. Each request shows who sent it, its recipients, and its status, such as Waiting for others, Completed, or Revoked.
-
Send a reminder
Nudge a signer who has not opened the document, without leaving the record.
-
Revoke a request
Pull back a document that went out with the wrong terms, giving a reason for the record.
-
Open the signed copy
A completed document opens its signed PDF from the same list.
-
Everyone else sees the status
Teammates who did not send the document can read where it stands.
