- 2001 Syncfusion is founded in Cary, North Carolina, with a team of eight.
- 2018 Passes one million customer accounts worldwide.
- 2021 BoldSign launches, in the year Syncfusion turns 20.
- 2023 BoldSign earns SOC 2 Type 2 certification.
- 2025 BoldSign passes 50,000 customers worldwide. Data regions expand to four, with new data centers in Canada and Australia.
