Website Terms of Use
Last Updated: November 2026
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Website Terms of Use ("TOU") are an agreement between you and Syncfusion, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Syncfusion," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to every Website that posts or links to them, including the Syncfusion and Bold product websites, and govern your access to and use of the Websites and Website Services, as defined below.
By accessing or using the Websites or Website Services, you agree to be bound by these TOU. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Websites or Website Services. If you are using the Websites on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these TOU on its behalf.
DEFINITIONS
- "Websites" means the websites operated by Syncfusion under any of its brands, including the Syncfusion and Bold product websites, that post or link to these TOU, together with their subdomains.
- "Website Services" means the Websites and all content, features, downloads, free tools, accounts, and services made available through them, excluding Products. Website Services do not include Submissions or third-party content.
- "Materials" means all content made available through the Website Services, including ebooks, whitepapers, datasheets, blog posts, videos, FAQs, images, and graphics. Materials do not include documentation or sample code provided with a Product under a Product Agreement. Materials also do not include Submissions or third-party content.
- "Products" means the software, software development kits, and hosted or cloud services that Syncfusion offers under a Product Agreement, including trial, free, and community editions, and including any "Licensed Product" as defined in an applicable EULA.
- "Product Agreement" means the end user license agreement ("EULA"), terms of service, subscription agreement, Master License Agreement, or other agreement that governs a Product.
- "Additional Terms" has the meaning given under "Relationship to Product Agreements and Additional Terms" below.
- "Legal Page" means the page on each Website where Syncfusion posts the current legal terms and policies for that Website.
RELATIONSHIP TO PRODUCT AGREEMENTS AND ADDITIONAL TERMS
Products. Products are governed by the applicable Product Agreement, not by these TOU. Your download, installation, access to, and use of a Product, including any trial, are governed by that Product Agreement.
Additional Terms. Certain Websites, features, or Materials may be subject to additional terms, guidelines, disclaimers, or licenses presented on the applicable Website or at the time of access ("Additional Terms"), such as terms for free online tools or AI chatbot features. Additional Terms are incorporated into these TOU.
Order of precedence. If there is a conflict, the following order applies:
- For a Product, the applicable Product Agreement controls. Where a Master License Agreement applies, it controls as provided in the Product Agreement.
- For a specific Website, feature, or Material, the Additional Terms that apply to it control.
- In all other cases, these TOU control.
Current versions of these TOU, the applicable Product Agreements, the privacy policy, and any Additional Terms are available on the Legal Page of each Website.
CHANGES TO THESE TOU
Syncfusion may update these TOU from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised TOU on the Legal Page of each Website and update the "Last Updated" date above.
Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Websites after changes take effect means you accept the revised TOU.
PRIVACY
Your use of a Website is subject to the privacy policy posted on that Website's Legal Page, which explains how Syncfusion collects, uses, verifies, and shares information about you, including for marketing purposes, and the choices available to you. The privacy policy is not part of these TOU, and Syncfusion may update it from time to time.
LICENSE TO USE MATERIALS
The Materials are the copyrighted works of Syncfusion or its suppliers. Subject to these TOU and any applicable Additional Terms, Syncfusion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access, view, download, and print the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless Additional Terms or a license presented with the Materials expressly permit otherwise, you may not:
- Remove, modify, or tamper with any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display the Materials, including by posting them on a network or website accessible to others, or broadcast them in any media.
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works from the Materials.
- Use the Materials for any commercial purpose.
Sharing a link to Materials on the Websites is permitted. Syncfusion reserves all rights in the Materials not expressly granted in these TOU.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the Website Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these TOU. Without limitation, you may not:
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, copy, or collect content from the Websites, except as permitted by the applicable Website's robots.txt file.
- Use the Materials or any content from the Websites to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Websites, other accounts, or any connected systems, or circumvent any security or access controls, except for security testing permitted by the applicable Syncfusion Responsible Disclosure policy.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Websites, including by placing an unreasonable load on their infrastructure.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse Syncfusion employees, contractors, or other users, including in forums, support channels, comments, and chat.
- Provide false or inaccurate information to Syncfusion.
- Use the Website Services to infringe or misappropriate the rights of any third party.
ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS, AND SECURITY
If any Website Services require you to open an account, you must provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. If an account is used to obtain, evaluate, or manage a Product, the account terms in the applicable Product Agreement also apply.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and other non-public account information, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Syncfusion immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Syncfusion is not liable for any loss you incur as a result of someone else using your user name, password, or account, with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Syncfusion or others due to someone else using your account. You may not use another person's account without the account holder's permission.
FEEDBACK, IMPROVEMENTS, AND USER SUBMISSIONS
Feedback. You may provide Syncfusion with suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback for improving the Websites, the Website Services, Products, or Syncfusion's business ("Feedback"). Feedback is the sole property of Syncfusion, and Syncfusion may implement, reject, or otherwise use it without restriction, obligation, or compensation to you. You irrevocably assign to Syncfusion all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to your Feedback, and you irrevocably waive any claims relating to those rights.
Improvements. If you modify, improve, translate, or create derivative works of the Website Services or Materials, or any part of them (collectively, "Improvements"), Syncfusion will immediately and irrevocably own all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to those Improvements. You assign all such rights to Syncfusion and agree to sign any additional documents reasonably necessary to confirm Syncfusion's ownership. No amount is payable by Syncfusion for this assignment. This paragraph does not give you any right to create Improvements, which remain subject to the restrictions under "License to Use Materials." Improvements do not include your own content, files, or data that you create, upload, or process using the Website Services.
If an assignment is not effective. To the extent any assignment in this section is not effective under applicable law, you grant Syncfusion a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Feedback or Improvements for any purpose, and you waive any moral rights in them to the extent permitted by law.
User submissions. Some Websites may let you post comments, questions, reviews, or other content ("Submissions"). Except for any Feedback they contain, you retain ownership of your Submissions. By posting a Submission, you grant Syncfusion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it in connection with the Websites and Syncfusion's business. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that your Submissions do not violate these TOU or anyone's rights. Syncfusion may remove any Submission at its discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS
Syncfusion and its suppliers retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Websites, the Website Services, and the Materials, including all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.
Elements of the Websites are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound, or image from any Website may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Syncfusion in writing.
Syncfusion may have patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights covering subject matter in the Materials. Providing the Materials to you does not grant you any license to these rights except as expressly stated in these TOU, Additional Terms, or a Product Agreement. These TOU do not grant any rights to any Syncfusion or supplier trademarks, trade names, or logos. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT
The Websites may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that Syncfusion does not own or control. Syncfusion provides these links only as a convenience and does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE WEBSITES, THE WEBSITE SERVICES, AND THE MATERIALS, INCLUDING RELATED GRAPHICS, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNCFUSION, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SYNCFUSION, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE MATERIALS FOR ANY PURPOSE. THE MATERIALS MAY INCLUDE TECHNICAL INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. SYNCFUSION, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAY CHANGE OR IMPROVE THE WEBSITES, THE WEBSITE SERVICES, OR THE MATERIALS AT ANY TIME.
Syncfusion does not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Submissions or third-party content, which are provided as is and used at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SYNCFUSION, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE SERVICES, ANY PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE WEBSITE SERVICES, ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THE WEBSITE SERVICES, OR ANY SUBMISSIONS OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.
THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SYNCFUSION, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TOU, THE WEBSITE SERVICES, OR ANY SUBMISSIONS OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT WILL NOT EXCEED $5.00 USD.
This section does not apply to Products, which are governed by the limitation of liability in the applicable Product Agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Syncfusion and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your violation of these TOU, your Submissions, or your misuse of the Website Services.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Syncfusion may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Website or Website Service at any time. Syncfusion may also suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Website Services, including your account, at any time, for any reason, and without liability, including if Syncfusion reasonably believes you have violated these TOU or if required by law. You may stop using the Website Services at any time.
Provisions of these TOU that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including the restrictions on Materials, ownership of Feedback and Improvements, the disclaimer of warranties, the limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution. Termination of your access to the Website Services does not by itself terminate any Product Agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.

Repeat infringers. Syncfusion will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
The agent above accepts only copyright infringement notices and counter-notices. Please send all other inquiries to the contacts listed under "Contact Information" below.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Governing law. These TOU are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these TOU or the Website Services, or the breach of these TOU, will be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. There will be three (3) arbitrators: one (1) named by each party and the third chosen by the other two (2). The place of arbitration will be Raleigh, North Carolina. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You and Syncfusion agree that any arbitration will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You may bring claims against Syncfusion only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If any court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is void or unenforceable, or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, this arbitration provision will be null and void in its entirety, and the parties will be deemed not to have agreed to arbitrate disputes.
Courts. The state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any action to enforce an arbitration award, any request for injunctive or other equitable relief, and any dispute that is not subject to arbitration. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Products. Disputes relating to a Product are governed by the dispute resolution terms of the applicable Product Agreement.
Compliance with law. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the Websites where you access them.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Entire agreement. These TOU and any Additional Terms are the entire agreement between you and Syncfusion about the Website Services. Each Product Agreement remains a separate agreement for the Products it covers.
- Severability. If any provision of these TOU is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- No waiver. Syncfusion's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these TOU without Syncfusion's prior written consent. Syncfusion may assign these TOU without restriction.
- Electronic communications. You consent to receiving communications from Syncfusion electronically and agree that they satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

We’re using BoldSign successfully in our b2b SaaS platform - as it’s embedded to allow seasonal farm workers and their agribusiness employers to e-sign their employment onboarding documents for the first time. It’s part of the total solution saving the workers and HR managers 50% more time compared to their traditional pen/paper manual process.
