A sender is a team member who can create and send envelopes for signature. People who only sign documents are recipients and do not need an account.
No. Only the people who send envelopes need a sender license. Signers can sign without a BoldSign account.
One envelope can contain include multiple documents, signers, CCs and fields.
Use your last month’s sending volume as a baseline. If your usage varies, estimate a typical month or choose Unlimited if available.
API envelopes are envelopes sent programmatically using the BoldSign API from your application or integration. Envelopes sent from the BoldSign web app are not counted as API envelopes.
For security and accurate audit trails, each sender should use their own BoldSign account. Sharing a single login is against BoldSign policy.
For pricing, estimate based on the number of people who send envelopes in your team.
Add-ons are billed only when you use them. Your subscription covers core features; add-ons apply for optional usage-based capabilities.
