Do parents and students need a BoldSign account to sign?
No. BoldSign signers open the link in their email or text and sign in any browser, with no account and no app. Only staff who send forms need an account.
How do you send one permission slip to every family?
Upload a class list as a CSV and BoldSign bulk send gives each family its own copy, with names filled in from the list. For families you cannot list in advance, share a bulk link on your website or behind a QR code.
Can parents sign on a phone?
Yes. BoldSign signing pages fit any phone screen, and families get the request by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Do schools get nonprofit pricing?
Yes, when the school is a registered nonprofit. BoldSign then charges nothing for the Growth plan for one user and half price for the Business and Premium plans. Apply on the nonprofit page.
