Bulk Links or Bulk Send for collecting signatures in bulk
BoldSign has two ways to collect many signatures on one document. Bulk Links suit an open group you cannot list in advance; Bulk Send suits a known list of named people.

Which settings control who signs a bulk link and when it closes?
BoldSign Bulk Links keep an open link under your control, from who may sign to what happens after each response.

Response limit and expiry date
The link stops accepting responses once it reaches your limit or its expiry date. Change either later from My Bulk Links.

Email check before signing
Each signer confirms a code sent to their email before the document opens. Turn the check off when the link sits behind your own sign-in.

Prefilled details
Pass a signer’s name, email, and field values in the link’s query parameters, so they arrive already filled in.

Sign more than once
Let one person sign the same link again with the same email, for a weekly report or a monthly sign-off.
