Angel Griffin formed Firestorm Talent & Entertainment out of a deep and abiding love for the performing arts. Challenges

Angel used to use Docusign, a popular platform that many turn to for their e-signature needs. At first, things were working out just fine, but Angel eventually ran into an experience that’s unfortunately all too common. “They did some sort of shift to AI customer service, I think,” Angel said. “It suddenly became completely impossible to talk to a human.”
