Webinar recap
The webinar opened with a common challenge many teams face today: documents are sent, but not completed.
The issue is not rejection. It is friction. Small points of hesitation such as unclear emails, unfamiliar branding, or time-consuming workflows cause signers to delay, and delayed documents often go unsigned.
Gayathri then walked through seven strategies to remove these friction points across the entire signing journey.
The session began with building trust through branded emails and sender identity, followed by improving clarity with better email communication. The discussion then moved into reducing signer effort using pre-filled fields and simplifying the experience through embedded signing.
The demo also covered how teams can improve visibility and responsiveness using multi-channel delivery, automated reminders, and real-time tracking.
Finally, the session highlighted how adding expiration dates and visibility helps teams prioritize follow-ups and drive timely action.

Q&A
When downloading a document with several pages, is there any option or feature to be downloaded per page instead of having it collated into one pdf file?
Currently, BoldSign does not provide a built-in option to download each page of a single multi-page document as separate PDF files. When a signed document contains multiple pages, it is downloaded as one completed PDF.
I missed the area of branding, can a business incorporate its logo into the BoldSign system?
Please refer this documentation for setting up the branding.
Can you do a demo on how to set the doc up for signing?
Here you can see a quick demo on how to setup and send a document quickly.
Does boldSign store documents that is completed through its system?
Yes, completed documents will be stored in the system.
When sending a sms/whatsapp, sometimes it requires a code sent to email. Any way to remove that step?
In this case, the code will not be required unless Email OTP is enabled when sending the document.
