 Is the AI field placement function exposed via API?

Currently, AI field detection is available only in the BoldSign Web App during template creation, as it requires manual review after placement.


Does the AI form field matching work for custom form fields – that is when we create form fields via Brand -> Advanced -> Configure Custom Form Fields?

 At this time, AI field detection is supported only for template creation. Support for other document types is on the roadmap.


Is there a PWA or mobile experience for the signee? or would they need to install the mobile app?

No. Signers can complete the signing process using the signing link in any web browser.

Can I use BoldSign to have HR documents signed by multiple employees and tracked?

Yes, BoldSign supports multiple recipients, and signing progress can be tracked through both the WebApp and API.

Will BoldSign send reminders automatically?

Yes. BoldSign supports both automatic and manual reminders to help ensure documents are signed on time.


If a signer did not receive the email, can the sender send the email invitation again (without editing the document or revoking it)?

Yes. You can send reminders or generate a signing link to share directly.


If the sender needs to extend the expiration date for signature, do the signers automatically receive a message that the date has been extended?

BoldSign updates the expiration date, but it doesn’t send a dedicated notification. You can send a reminder after extending the expiry. https://support.boldsign.com/kb/article/15251/alert-users-on-expiration
