By leveraging the power of automation, you not only streamline your workflow, but also enhance collaboration and data management within your organization.

Discover how Zapier integration can transform the way you handle signed documents and simplify your workflow.

Prerequisites

Before setting up automation to upload signed documents to Dropbox using Zapier, make sure you have active accounts on Zapier, Dropbox, and BoldSign. Your BoldSign account can be either a paid subscription or a free sandbox account. Create a Zap

On the BoldSign Zapier integration page, a Zap template is available for this scenario to simplify the setup process. Follow these steps to create a Zap that connects the BoldSign and Dropbox apps using the Zap template:

In the App & event section, the trigger app is preset as BoldSign, and the trigger event is Document Completed by default.
  1. Go to the Upload newly signed BoldSign documents to Dropbox page and click Try this template
