To configure a custom domain in the BoldSign application, from the Settings menu, navigate to the Business Profile. You will find the Custom Domain Settings. Refer to the following screenshot.

The BoldSign logo is typically displayed at the bottom of all emails sent from BoldSign, signifying that the email was sent using BoldSign. However, when you create a custom brand, you have the option to hide this logo. This ensures a seamless and exclusive brand experience for your recipients, aligning with your organization’s identity. You can find this option at the bottom of the Create New Brand page. Refer to the following screenshot.

Before signing a document, the signer must agree to the electronic disclosure terms and conditions. Additionally, with BoldSign, you have the option to include your own custom legal terms. You can specify your company’s legal terms and conditions in this. By enabling this feature, the signers will be required to agree to these specific terms as well before completing the document signing process.
To enable this feature, navigate to the Branding page and go to the Advanced tab. Within this section, you’ll find the option Custom Legal Terms. Once enabled, you can specify the title and description for your custom legal terms. Refer to the following screenshot.
After configuring your custom legal terms, they will be automatically displayed on the signing page, ensuring that signers acknowledge and accept these terms before proceeding with the signature process.
Upon clicking on the custom legal terms, the added description will be displayed, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

With the branding redirect URL feature, BoldSign empowers you to redirect signers to a specific webpage once they have completed the signing process. This functionality allows you to guide signers to a landing page or any desired destination that aligns with your business objectives, enhancing engagement and conversions.
To enable this feature, simply navigate to the Branding page in BoldSign and go to the Advanced tab. Within that, you’ll find the option to Redirect to URL on document completion. Once enabled, you can specify the webpage or URL you want signers to be directed to after they complete the signing process. The following screenshot provides a reference for locating this option.

BoldSign understands that some businesses prefer to streamline the signing process without prompting signers to create an account. With BoldSign’s customization options, you can hide the account creation option after the document has been signed. This ensures a seamless signing experience for your users and removes any unnecessary steps that may disrupt the flow.
To enable this option, navigate to the Business Profile page. Under the Settings tab, you will find the option Allow recipients to create a free BoldSign account after signing. Refer to the following screenshot.
