Use case

BoldSign helps a daycare save its contacts automatically and send bulk links to parents.

Introduction

Chelsey Harvey is an experienced manager and onboarding specialist at a daycare in Kansas that serves more than 100 families.

Challenge

Childcare comes with a lot of agreements, from contracts between parents and caregivers to enrollment forms. With that comes the need for signatures, and when you’ve got 100 families agreeing to place their children in your care like Chelsey does, you need a way to manage those signatures affordably. Docusign worked at the start, with bulk send and custom field options, but eventually the cost became too great as Chelsey’s business began to grow.

“It was great for the first couple months, but then once we met our quota, it became very expensive, very fast. And being a small business, it just was not doable for us anymore,” Chelsey said. So she turned to BoldSign.

Solution

Chelsey made the switch to BoldSign and, despite a small learning curve, got started immediately. BoldSign had all the features that Docusign offered and more: bulk sending and custom fields, plus saved contacts, template options, and an ultra-attentive support staff.

“I really appreciate that BoldSign reaches out to their users,” Chelsey said, “especially when you first sign on. They’re checking in on you, seeing how you like the service.

“I love that our BoldSign account saves our contacts. It’s actually giving me more time in the day.”

Results

After a two-month trial period using BoldSign, Chelsey decided to move forward with it as her e-signature solution. Instead of manually entering contacts for each agreement, Chelsey can now rely on BoldSign to streamline sending handbooks to her clients for annual review.
