No, to receive your commission, the name on the PayPal account and the name on your Affiliate account must match.

If the names don’t match, this could be a sign of fraudulent activity, and we will not process the payment for security reasons.

You can NOT run ads for branded keywords such as BoldSign, Bold Sign, boldsign, or any variations thereof, including misspellings.

You can run ads for anything that’s not branded, but the user should be directed to BoldSign first. We track all our paid traffic, and any affiliates that violate our terms and conditions will be removed from our program.

No, payouts will be made as soon as you earn a commission. The only waiting period is in the 30 days after the customer makes their payment.

No, commissions are not paid on refunded or returned orders, per standard affiliate practice.

If the customer upgrades or downgrades their subscription during the 12-month payment period to a higher (more expensive) or lower (less expensive) plan, your commission will be on the new upgraded or downgraded monthly subscription amount.

This incentive encourages you to continue communicating with your referral. You can earn more when they upgrade within your 12-month commission period!

We cannot process payments if the Affiliate and the Customer (the person who clicked on the affiliate link and purchased a product) are the same person.

Affiliates are incentivized by bringing new people into the BoldSign ecosystem, not simply by making a sale.

If you are a consultant and working on a project for a customer, please list your customer on the referred account, by yourself. Should you accidentally list yourself, you need to update your customer’s account with their name, company, and billing information in order for us to process your referral commission. Here is the documentation to update those details.

If you believe you qualify for and have not received the payment, it means that one or more of your commissions may not meet our terms of service, and it needs to be resolved before you can receive a payment.
