AI Processing and Providers
Some AI features in BoldSign use models hosted by trusted cloud providers, such as Google Cloud Vertex AI and Azure OpenAI. Where applicable:
- Requests are sent with zero-data-retention mode enabled.
- Prompts and responses are not stored by the AI provider.
- Processing occurs in the same region as your selected data residency (e.g., EU, U.S.).
